Technology for humans. Not the other way round.

For people with a business to run and no time to become an AI expert. I build the system you actually need, train your people to run it, and stay while it beds in.

ways to work with me
build · stay · teach

AI was supposed to give you time back. Instead it gave you one more thing to manage.

Most tools ask you to adopt them. This one adapts to what's already there.

The longer version

Most AI tools ask you to adopt them — learn their interface, feed them your data, hope they optimise something. This runs the other way. It adapts to what's already there instead of asking you to change shape to fit it.

It doesn't run on more data about you. It runs on context you choose to bring, held in structure so you don't have to hold it yourself.

Fusion, not adoption.

Three ways to work with me.

Build · Stay · Teach

01 — Build

Bring me the problem

A system built around the work you already do.

What that means

Not a tool you adopt. I start with what's actually eating the week, then build the thing that removes it — inside your existing workflow, on your existing data, with you in control of what it knows.

02 — Stay

I don't hand over and leave

Monthly, ongoing, hands-on.

What that means

Most AI work dies after the consultant goes. The system was built for the demo, not for a Tuesday. I stay on monthly while it beds into how your people actually work — fixing what breaks, tightening what's loose, and bringing new joiners up.

03 — Teach

Operators, not prompters

Five sessions, on your own real work.

What that means

Stop using AI, start growing yours. Not a course to watch — a system your people build with me, using the jobs they actually resent doing. They leave able to run it without me.

How I work

It starts with four questions, not a tool demo.

“It was obvious that Kevin would do more than simply take a set of photographs. First of all he took time to ask us in detail what we wanted to achieve with the property, what if any had been our problems in the past and how we thought his input could help resolve this.”

The principles underneath
Context sovereignty
You're always in charge of what the system knows and what it's used for. Nothing is harvested to train something else.
Fusion, not adoption
The system adapts to how you already work. You don't learn a new interface to get value from it.
The client brings the light, we clear what obscures it
The intelligence was already there. The work is removing what's in its way — noise, admin, second-guessing.

The approach is the constant. The industry is the variable.

Live

Pharmaceutical

Current primary engagement, in active delivery.

Live

Luxury Real Estate

Empowering top-end real estate agents, not buyers or sellers directly.

The pharmaceutical fluency isn't new — it started as brand management at Glaxo and SmithKline Beecham.

Stop using AI. Start growing yours.

Five sessions

  1. 01

    Clear the ground

Four questions, then we fix what you already set up.

    More

Four questions — what you want, why you want it, what you don't want, and what gives the work meaning. Then we open what you've already set up and fix it. Most first setups fight their owner, and it's usually a handful of things rather than a rebuild.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

It stops answering you like it answers everyone.

    More

Right now it answers you the way it answers everyone. We give it your context — how you work, what you're building, what good looks like to you. You ask the same question before and after, and watch the answer change.

  3. 03

    Give it hands

Mail, calendar, documents. It reads the real thing.

    More

Connect it to where the work actually lives — mail, calendar, documents. It stops being something you paste into and starts being something that reads the real thing.

  4. 04

    The job you hate

You pick the task you resent. We kill it.

    More

You pick one recurring piece of work you resent doing. We build it properly, together, and you leave able to run it again on your own. This is usually the session people point to afterwards.

  5. 05

    Open on purpose

Shaped by the first four. Yours to spend.

    More

Shaped by what came out of one to four. Sometimes it's going deeper on what we built in four; sometimes it's capture and recall — talking at it on the move and having it file things properly; sometimes it's bringing someone else on the team in.

The order is provisional. What you tell me in the first session usually changes two of the five.

“More recently, Kevin has been helping me understand and use AI more effectively. He combines a strong grasp of the technology with the patience and practical insight needed to make it accessible, relevant and genuinely useful.”
Paul Bacher · SilverLeaf Investments

What the people in it say.

“Kevin is a knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic AI expert. I've had the pleasure of working with him to build excellent AI tools for healthcare teams.”
Pamela Mirels · Juno Pharma
“He puts a lot of effort into everything he does, approaches the project with passion, doesn't mind working extra hours to get things done, and cares deeply about delivering good work. His understanding of AI is also incredibly strong and up to date.”
Paul Abramowitz
And what they said before any of this was called AI.
I first met Kevin in 1990 when we both worked for what was then Beechams. Kevin's ability to relate, build rapport, actively listen, and execute earned him a fast track to success within the FMCG world we were in.
Greg Magennis · Founder & Partner · Axiom Human Resource Development LLC · 2013
Kevin is a determined, passionate, and creative individual. He developed a number of innovative new products which delivered significant growth in a competitive market.
Paul Kerr · Regional Category Director, Chocolate, Middle East & Africa · 2013

Humanity and technology

It comes back to the same human every time.

A pharmaceutical group, a property principal, someone who cannot work out why their relationships keep failing — underneath it is the same person, with the same nuance, the same struggles and the same starkness. That is why every engagement opens with the same four questions rather than a tool.

Not AI that holds your attention — AI that hands you back to another human being, and steps out of the room.

Live · unbilled · not for sale

Crazy Sexy Wisdom

Two books by Paul Abramowitz — periodontist, therapist and author — built into a working app. Live, free, and not for sale.

Why it exists

It exists because the questions in it are ones most people eventually have to answer on their own, usually badly and usually late. Built as a demonstration of method: no invoice, no product, nothing to sell. Paul is also one of the people quoted further up this page.

Everyone alive runs into these questions eventually. The work is the same wherever they surface: find the signal, cancel as much of the noise as you can, and build a harness around the person so they can carry the rest.
